Dr. Steven L. Rasner earned his DMD at the University of Pennsylvania. He has completed the Misch International Implant Institute curriculum and the Pikos Institute continuum. Dr. Rasner has taught for twenty-two years. He provides both surgical and practice management courses at your location. He also offers live patient courses in extractions and implants at his NJ practice. He has authored 3 books and over 50 industry and journal publications.
